All of our FR-1 Defense Fire Starting Products are shipped from our Colorado warehouses using either USPS, Fed Ex or UPS. Depending on where you live in the United States orders generally take anywhere from 3 to 7 days for the items to reach you.
For our partnerships with our Brands typically the shipping time is about the same or may take a little bit longer if they are backlogged.
We try our very best to pull orders at 4am Monday through Saturday and have everything shipped in one day but sometimes with High Demand normal processing time may be take 1-3 Business Days.
Our return policy is simple and easy. For any of our physical products if they don’t meet your needs, keep the product and we can return your money. The beauty about our return policy for our physical products is that you don’t have to worry how to ship it back or even hassle with how to print a return label.
For our digital ebooks we unfortunately don’t offer refunds. We feel confident that we have provided a tremendous amount of value in the ebooks that you will not feel the need for a refund.
If your product is damaged then please contact us in a reasonable amount of time. We will then ask if you would like a refund or another one sent.
When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once… they will get to you!
If you order has taken longer than 20 working days from the time you placed your order then please contact us ASAP and our support team will look into it for you. Most likely the order may have gotten stolen (porch pirates) or lost during the transit to your place. No need to worry.

As soon as your order left our Warehouse, you should have gotten a Shipped Confirmation email from us with the tracking number inside the email.
If you haven’t received that email, then contact us and we can email your tracking number to you.
